Helen Kings

ivolve Care & Support has appointed Helen Kings as its chief operating officer to help drive the organisation’s growth, performance and transformation agenda.

Kings, a chartered director, brings experience to the newly created role, having worked in both leadership and non-executive director positions.

Her most recent position was managing director at Touchstone, where she led on strategic planning, business growth, and cultural integration.

Her appointment at ivolve represents a strategic move to streamline decision-making and operational efficiency.

‘I’m passionate about companies that are led by their purpose, and that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives. The responsibility and opportunity to provide safe and comfortable places to live, as well as improving the quality of life for all, have been central to my most recent roles. This quality-led approach to delivering the best outcomes for people, as well as for the business, will be vital for our success,’ Kings said.

Tim Davies, CEO of ivolve, added: ‘We’re delighted to welcome Helen to the team, to help us through our transformation journey and as we continue our programme of growth.

‘Helen’s commitment to excellence and innovation is widely acknowledged and we’re excited to have her on board. Her career history demonstrates a consistent pattern of successfully leading and transforming diverse businesses.’

Compass Executives director Ben Westcott advised on the appointment.
