Australia: Integral Diagnostics raises A$72m on the ASX

Integral Diagnostics, Australia’s fourth largest radiology group, has successfully raised A$72m (US$49m) in an offer on the Australian Securities Exchange to help it acquire Imaging Queensland (IQ).
