Australia: Ramsay enters UK mental health sector with acquisition of Elysium

Ramsay Healthcare has agreed to acquire 100% of UK based mental healthcare provider Elysium Healthcare for an enterprise value of £775m (US$1bn) from private equity firm BC Partners.
