Belgium: Aedifica expands portfolio in Germany and Ireland

Belgian pure-play real estate investment company, Aedifica, has added to its portfolio in Germany and Ireland. In Germany, it has agreed to acquire two fully operational care homes in Duisburg for a total of approximately €18m (US$20.9m), which includes renovation expenditure.
