Belgium: Cofinimmo invests in Belgian care homes and issues shares

Brussels listed real estate investor, Cofinimmo, is acquiring two nursing and care homes in Belgium – one in Brabant and one in Hainaut, for a total consideration of approximately €24m (US$25.3m).
