Financing round up: Ethris, Formus Labs, VistaCare Medical, DigitalOwl, Eucalyptus

Australia: Eucalyptus, a healthtech startup, has raised a A$60m (US$42.2m) Series C round of funding, led by US venture capital firm BOND. Existing investors Blackbird, NewView, W23, Airtree, OneVentures and Athletic Ventures also joined the round.
