Finland: Pihlajalinna Terveys acquires Pohjola Hospital for €31.8m

Pihlajalinna Terveys, part of Pihlajalinna Group, one of the largest private social and healthcare services providers in Finland, has agreed to acquire Pohjola Hospital from its current owner Pohjola Insurance.
