Hong Kong: C-Mer Eye raises HK$304m in placement

Hong Kong ophthalmic company C-Mer Eye has raised HK$304m (US$51m) in a placement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to strengthen its financial position and to provide working capital for future acquisitions.
