Netherlands: Orpea sells Netherlands retirement homes as part of assets disposal strategy

France-based long-term care group Orpea is selling 32 retirement homes in the Netherlands to Syntrus Achmean Real Estate & Finance, acting on behalf of the Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund (ADHCPF), for approximately €125m (US$127.3m).
