German private hospital group Asklepios Kliniken has acquired Dutch e-health provider Minddistrict. Financial terms have not been disclosed. Founded in 2008 by Mark Willems, Minddistrict is the market leader in ehealth in the Netherlands, with offices in the UK and Germany, and a presence in the US and Canada.
