Europe: Icade buys healthcare facilities from Orpea for €145m

French property group Icade has signed preliminary agreements with care group Orpea to acquire a real-estate portfolio of nine nursing homes, including eight in Germany and one in Marseilles, France, for €145m (US$168m).
