Singapore: Infocom takes stake in Homage

Japan-based healthcare technology company Infocom has invested in Singapore’s on-demand care service provider Homage.

Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Homage is a home healthcare services provider in Singapore and Malaysia with more than 3,000 curated care and medical professionals across both markets, servicing both consumers and healthcare organisations.

Infocom and Homage plan to expand their services regionally in Japan and Southeast Asia. Infocom’s healthcare offerings range from clinical services and drug information systems, radiology and medical imaging solutions for hospitals, to digital healthcare solutions.

“Our milestone agreement is a precursor to further investment into technology-led solutions to improve the patient experience and quality of healthcare regionally in Asia and Japan, and we look forward to a strong synergistic collaboration with a partner that shares our mission of transforming the long term care and health industry in Asia,” said Homage’s chief executive and co-founder Gillian Tee.

Infocom is one of the leading healthcare technology, business solutions and services providers in Japan with a network within the health and elderly care sector spanning more than 13,000 facilities on Infocom’s care management and staffing platform.
