Affidea, Europe’s largest medical services provider, has acquired Manchon Group, a provider of advanced diagnostic imaging services in Cataluña.

Their medical reputation aligned with their services portfolio bring strong synergies with Affidea’s high quality standards and I am delighted to welcome them and their team in our European family,” said Affidea chief executive Giuseppe Recchi.
Founded in 1934 in Barcelona, Manchón operates nine diagnostic imaging centres – three in Barcelona, one in Sant Cugat and five additional satellite centres in Barcelona and surrounding cities.
Affidea Spain now has 44 centres across the country.
