Saudi Arabia: Amanat agrees to buy three medical facilities

Amanat Holdings, the GCC’s largest healthcare and education investment company, has agreed to buy three medical facilities located in North Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Financial terms have not been disclosed. Completion is pending regulatory and legal approval of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia.
