Singapore: Genesis MedTech adds J-Valve to portfolio with acquisition of JC Medical

Singapore-based Genesis MedTech Group has completed the acquisition of JC Medical (JCM), a privately held, venture-backed medical device company primarily engaged in the design and development of transcatheter valve replacement products.
