Sweden: NCR lowers long term credit rating on Stenvalvet

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) has lowered its long-term rating on Sweden-based community service property manager Fastighets Stenvalvet to ‘BBB’ from ‘BBB+’. The outlook is stable.
