Apex acquires Prime Care from Centra

Apex Care has acquired fellow domiciliary care provider Prime Care from Centra Care and Support (part of Circle Housing Group) for an undisclosed sum. The acquired business operates on the south coast of England with branches in Bournemouth, Brighton, Eastbourne & Hailsham, Hastings, Seahaven and Worthing.
