Ashley House revenue falls

Ashley House, the primary care premises developer which has recently diversified into extra care, saw revenue fall to £15.8m from £23.2m in 2012 in its annual report 2012/13. This was in part due to the lack of construction income following the demise of the primary care trusts. EBITDA before exceptionals increased eleven-fold to £2.0m from £177,000 in 2012.
