BMI appoints CFO BMI Healthcare has appointed Henry Davies as chief financial officer.

Mr Davies joins the company from Mecom Group plc, the listed pan-European newspaper organisation, where he had been group finance director since 2009. He trained as an accountant with Price Waterhouse, after which he held a series of senior financial roles including group financial controller at DS Smith plc and Eastern Group plc.
