Apache sells MMCG homes to MedicX

Apache Capital Partners has sold the prime freehold portfolio of three care homes to MedicX Healthfund II for £28m. The Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) homes were purpose-built following the acquisition of the sites in 2013 and offer a total of 173 beds.
