Castlebeck rolls out changes

Castlebeck, the specialist provider of mental healthcare services and learning disabilities (which was revealed in a Panorama programme to have less than satisfactory care methods at its facility Winterbourne View) has announced an action plan to make fundamental changes and improvements to its care services across the UK.
