Castlebeck told to make ‘root and branch’ changes

Learning disabilities support provider Castlebeck has announced the closure of a further two homes in its portfolio just weeks after chief executive Lee Reed announced that a damaging report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) would be used as springboard for a wide ranging management restructure.
