New report – same old problems… Dr Foster finds decade old problems in hospitals The Dr Foster Hospital Guide has highlighted the fact that many issues raised in its first hospital guide ten years ago remain problems to day. Notably there is the fact that hospitals need to perform high levels of surgery to ensure good outcomes. Also that there are hospitals failing to meet the best standards of care despite many years of evidence of the impact this has on patients.
