Employers urged to support workers code

Health and social care employers have been urged to support the new set of trainingstandards and code of conduct which is set to be developed for healthcare assistants. Dean Royles, director of NHS Employers, said it was critical that employers take a leading role in developing the standards to ensure they meet the needs of service and patients.
