Lancashire care group raises complaint with CCP

Lancashire Care Association (LCA) has asked the Co-operation & Competition Panel (CCP) to assess whether North Lancashire – as lead commissioner for 24 Primary Care Trusts in the North West Strategic Health Authority – has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition.
