McIndoe Surgical slight profit fall

McIndoe Surgical Centre Ltd, the medical and surgical facilities provider, in its financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2012 saw turnover fall slightly to £5.26m (2011: £5.29m). Cost of sales was also higher at £4.4m (2011: £4.0m) as were administrative expenses at £834,000 (2011: £691,000). There were no exceptional finance costs in 2012 although in 2011 such were £433,000. Interest received were £1,400 (2011: £900) and payable £151,000 (2011: £286,000) leading to a loss on ordinary activities before tax of £105,000 (2011: loss of £122,000).
