MIND chief executive Paul Farmer is to receive a CBE in recognition of his services to mental health. Former ADASS president Sandie Keene will receive the same honour for services to social care and the National Care Forums policy and communications director Sharon Blackburn has also been awarded a CBE in the Queens New Years Honours list.
