Providers positive on Health and Social Care Act

As the Health & Social Care Bill has been finally passed by Parliament the independent sector, in or outside of the NHS, will look forward to the state system being able to move forward. It will also put individual players in the private sector a step closer to seeing in actuality and dealing in practice with the implications of the Act as it impacts them.
