Second phase of Derbyshire’s extra care Plans scrapped

Derbyshire county council has ended its contract with Housing & Care 21 to build 800 extra care apartments after the operator withdrew from the second phase of the scheme citing the fact it could not secure finances at a level that made the developments viable.
