Sevacare expands with bolt-on

Sevacare has made the bolt-on acquisition of fellow homecare provider Wales-based Prompt Care, which has branches in Newport, Cardiff, Torfaen and Rhondda Cynon Taff. The business now comprises 41 branches and means the company will now be delivering some 75,000 hours of care a week in the UK.
