Smith steps down at Four Seasons

Four Seasons Health Care’s chairman Ian Smith has stepped down after four years in the role, after he said the business had been successfully reshaped into three divisions ahead of the next stage of its development. He will remain as a special advisor to the board of the UK’s largest care home group with the remit of promoting Four Seasons’ interests and those of the broader care home and mental health sector.
