Healthcare technology platform IntelliCentrics Global is premarketing an up to US$60 million IPO in Hong Kong.
The group is the leading platform in the vendor credentialing market in the US in terms of both the number of paying subscribers and vendor credentialing revenue in 2017, according to CIC.
Healthcare credentialing is a process that obtains, verifies and assesses certain criteria, including the educational background, training, work experience, certifications, and other professional qualifications of personnel who work in the healthcare industry.
The group is the market leader in the US, Canada and the UK and has recently established a joint venture in China, which will introduce the technology platform there.
For the 10 month last year to October, it had profits of US$2.7 million on revenues of US$28.2 million with 121,060 subscribers paying an annual membership fee of US$287.
Proceeds will be used for expansion.
