Allied acquires Scottish operation

Allied Healthcare has acquired ScotHomecare, the homecare business formerly owned by Health and Lifecare Options Limited (HALO), in a deal which valued the operation at £2.5m.Allied said that ScotHomecare last reported revenues of approximately £6m per year and it expects the acquisition to be ‘accretive to its earnings’.
