Cheylesmore Estates has sold a site in Hailey, Hertfordshire, with planning consent for a 75-bedroom home, to Oakland Care. The transaction was brokered by healthcare real estate agent Portunus Associates, with RDT Architects and DLA Town Planning helping secure planning consent. The site was sold for an undisclosed sum.
