Complaints raised by care service staff falls 6%

The number of complaints raised by care service staff in Scotland has dropped by 6%. Data released by the Care Inspectorate for 2024/25, shows the regulator received 5,303 complaints about care services, of which 1,195 were raised by employees. Of this group, 971 were identified as current employees (81%) and 224 were identified as ex-staff (19%)….
