A £15.9m extra care housing scheme has been completed in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, and is set to open later this year. Gilbert House, which has 73 apartments, has been built by Deeley Construction in partnership with Preferred Homes. It has 66 one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom apartments, which are all available at an ‘affordable rent’ for residents…
