Ivy House Day Centre Ltd and its director Jane Lowe have been ordered to pay £50,000 after being found guilty of providing personal care and accommodation illegally. Following an eight-day trial at Lewes Crown Court, in East Sussex, Lowe and the company were each fined £10,000. Both director and company were also ordered to pay…
