Sovereign Capital Partners-backed Eden Futures has acquired West Midlands based provider Complesso. Founded in 2015, Complesso operates a supported living model, employing almost 500 staff who provide support to individuals in their own homes. The acquisition strengthens Eden’s presence in the West Midlands and complements its existing service model. Financial details have not been disclosed….
