Hampshire’s controversial care home replacement programme edged closer to completion last month with the official opening of Fleming House, the ninth home in the £60m network of ten purpose-built developments for the elderly.The 55-bed home in Eastleigh will provide 30 nursing care places on top of 25 residential beds that already existed at the site….
