Darryn Gibson has been appointed chief executive of Healthcare at Home.
The appointment follows Natalie Douglas’ resignation in March after four years in the role.
Gibson was most recently chief operating officer of outsourcing services company Mitie Group plc and is the former chief executive of the Allied Healthcare Group, a provider of visiting homecare, primary care and nursing services.
On his appointment, he said: ‘I am delighted to be joining Healthcare at Home, an organisation which I have long admired. I feel privileged to become part of an outstanding and dedicated team which is passionate about improving patients’ lives every single day, adding value to our public and private partners, and transforming the way healthcare is delivered.
‘I look forward to helping Healthcare at Home build on the exceptional job that Natalie Douglas and the team have done over the last few years.’
