Target Healthcare RIET has purchased a Nottingham care home for £7.6m in a sale and leaseback deal with Acacia Care. Acorn House was built in 2013 and consists of 64 bedrooms with en-suite wetroom facilities, over three floors. The home has been leased back on a 35-year contract with an RPI-linked cap and collar.
