Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc has bought four supported housing properties, comprising 41 units in total, for £6.3m.

The homes, in Yorkshire (35 units) and the East of England (six units), are being leased for a minimum of 20 years with specialist housing associations Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd, Care Housing Association, Falcon Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.

Details of the vendor have not been released.

Rents received under the leases are subject to annual, upward-only rent reviews, increasing in line with the consumer price index.

The properties are homes to people with mental health and other support and care needs.
