Amanda Wright-Kluger has become the second partner in as many months to join Bevan Brittan’s health and care – regulatory team.

Wright-Kluger has experience of working with health and care providers across the independent and NHS markets on patient and service user care issues as well as governance and risk management.

Based in the Birmingham office, she will support health and care clients across the country. She is a solicitor advocate as well as a qualified US attorney with experience as a civil trial lawyer.

Her appointment follows that of new partner and health and social care professional Amrita Hurst, who joined the law firm in August.

‘Bevan Brittan has a strong reputation for its health and care practice and I’m looking forward to working with the team and supporting clients on a range of health and care regulatory issues. My focus is always to help clients achieve the best possible outcome and guard against future risks,’ said Wright-Kluger.

Tim Hodgetts, partner and head of the health and care – resolution and regulatory department at Bevan Brittan, added: ‘Demand for our services continues to increase and Amanda has exceptional experience at a senior level that is a great fit for our team. We are delighted that she has joined us, and I know that our clients will benefit from her legal knowledge, sensitivity and focus on providing excellent service.’
