Anavo Group has appointed two senior leaders to its team to help oversee the company’s growth.
Christine Valentine-Bunce has been appointed Anavo’s head of commissioning and Corinne Reid is the company’s regional operations and quality support manager.
Valentine-Bunce, who will oversee the group’s growing pipeline of care homes, has worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years.
She trained as a clinical psychologist in the US, and has worked in the NHS and the private sector before switching to senior care after experiences with The Elders in Ethiopia.
‘The group has an ambitious growth plan and an innovative vision to create environments that reflect meaningful purpose and care delivered by a specialist team,’ Valentine-Bunce said.
‘Anavo’s values resonate with my commitment to ensuring older people are treated with reverence and respect.’
Reid is a qualified nurse with experience working in the NHS and care homes. She’s held senior positions in the care sector for the past 15 years.
She said: ‘As regional operations and quality support manager, I will work closely with Anavo’s homes in Scotland to achieve regulatory compliance and deliver outstanding quality of care for people living in our services.’
