Adam Lawrence has been appointed chief executive officer of Bespoke Health & Social Care.
Backed by private equity firm WestBridge, the operator provides complex care at home.
Formerly the chief executive at The Royal Mint, Lawrence is the third major appointment at the provider in the past 12 months. It follows the recruitment of chair Craig Rushton and chief operating officer Christina Walsh to the group.
Carter Schwartz advised on all three appointments.
