Healthcare Homes recruits Ian Hadingham as operations MD

Healthcare Homes has appointed Ian Hadingham as operations managing director – Manorcourt Homecare.

He has joined the business bringing growth and operational experience, having most recently served as group director of live-in care at City & County Healthcare Group. Before this, he was operations director with MiHomecare and prior to this role, he was with Allied Healthcare as care delivery director.

Healthcare Homes operates 48 care homes across the East and South alongside its 11 branch Manorcourt Homecare network, which serves Norfolk, Essex and northeast London. Manorcourt delivers 19,000 hours of homecare to older people, specialist support and live-in care, part private, part local authority funded.

Hadingham will be focused on growing the existing businesses as well as further developing the footprint of both Manorcourt Homecare and the live-in care offerings.
