Sequence Care Group bolsters its senior management team

Steve Crawley

Sequence Care Group has strengthened its executive team with a trio of appointments, effective immediately.

Steve Crawley has been recruited to the role of commercial director, overseeing sales, marketing and commercial operations. He joins the provider of specialist care services for adults with complex learning disabilities from Sodexo Home Care UK and Ireland, where he oversaw commercial activity for four homecare providers as regional sales and marketing director.

Before that Crawley had led marketing activity at Sage Housing, the Department of Economic Development for the Isle of Man government, and Countrywide. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Holly Pullinger

Holly Pullinger has been appointed head of property. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she worked as an investment surveyor for Octopus Real Estate to source development opportunities in care homes and retirement living sector and was a senior development manager for Perseus Land and Developments.

Finally, Nicola Ward has been appointed communications manager. With over a decade of experience in communications, Ward joins Sequence following several roles in the health, consumer and charity sectors. Her experience includes internal and external communications at Marie Curie, National Lottery Heritage Fund, Diabetes UK, Barnardo’s and the Great Place to Work Institute.

Sequence Care Group operates 37 care homes in London and the South of England across three brands. These are Sequence Care, Progress Housing and Liaise Loddon.
