Ideal Care Homes’ latest opening, Ashworth Grange in Dewsbury, will be run by former Orchard Care Homes manager Paula Whiteley it was announced this month. The 64-bed home employs 40 members of staff who have all passed through Ideal’s in house training and induction programme which included specialist dementia care and challenging behaviours modules….
