FNC rates for care homes up more than 5%

Care homes providing nursing care to patients in the community will receive a 5.4% rise in funding to provide specialist support. The uplift means the standard weekly rate per person provided for NHS-funded nursing care (FNC) will rise from £254.06 to £267.68 from 1 April, with money paid by the NHS directly to care homes….
