Loveday & Co has launched a homecare service that offers a few hours of support a week, through to live-in or round-the-clock care.

Modelled on its CQC ‘outstanding’ rated care home Chelsea Court Place, Loveday at Home offers advice, assessments, therapies, activities, lifestyle concierge and property services.

‘Born from demand from the community and to accommodate our members who were not able to access our day club due to Covid restrictions, Loveday at Home enables people to continue living in the familiar environment of their home, whilst receiving outstanding care and enjoying all the exciting activities Loveday has to offer,’ said Gabriela Zackova, managing director of Loveday at Home and director of dementia and wellbeing for Loveday & Co.

‘From having hot, nutritious meals served through to enjoying luxurious treatments, accessing engaging workshops and receiving personalised, consistent care, Loveday at Home offers exceptional services designed to enrich the lives of all the people we have the privilege of caring for.’

Its team helps members with home adaptations through to care recommendations. It also offers a programme of activities, which been developed in collaboration with academics from the University of West London.

In September, technology company Cognetivity Neurosciences announced it would deploying its integrated cognitive assessment in Chelsea Court Place to monitor the health of its residents.

The assessment uses artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to help detect the earliest signs of impairment by testing the performance of large areas of the brain to support diagnosis of dementia.
